TWO - The Musical song previews
ACT I
Opening number. Jonathan is at his office and makes the big decision to quit his job and pursue his passion for songwriting.
Jonathan notices a new vocalist that Will has hired to sing background vocals. Her name is Kiriko
Ensemble dance number in the break room of Jonathan's office as his co-workers can't believe he is quitting.
Jonathan and Kiriko share a tender moment together in the studio. .
Jonathan and Emma struggle and realize their relationship may not be as good as they thought. Something's not right.
Jonathan and Kiriko are alone. Jonathan confesses his feelings for her and asks her to "say the words I long to hear."
Jonathan finally tells Emma that he quit his job. She complains that he has always been driven by the 'grass is greener' syndrome - and she doesn't like it.
Jonathan struggles to get noticed. Online data shows that no one is listening to his songs.
Jonathan sits alone in Will's studio, late at night, pondering whether he can be a success in his new career as a songwriter.
Emma learns of Jonathan's crush on Kiriko. His betrayal shocks her and she ends their relationship.
One afternoon, thinking she is alone, Kiriko dances in the studio . Jonathan sees her and is mesmerized by her fluid movements.
Rejected by Kiriko and kicked to the curb by Emma, a despondent Jonathan laments his situation at the end of Act 1.
ACT II
Zoey, Will and Elliot open Act II with a rock number comparing Jonathan's plight to a legendary bible character.
Zoey tries to rescue Jonathan's relationship by talking with Emma. She sings earnestly of her friend - he's a good man.
Emma's ex show up and tries to win her back by telling her that he's become a drunken loser without her.
Jonathan wakes up in the middle of the night in the studio. Everywhere he looks he sees reminders of Emma.
Jonathan learns of the death of his best friend from school. They were once inseparable. He lost touch and regrets the situation.
Will and Zoey lament their lack of romance, when suddenly they find out that they are meant to be together.
Zoey tells the guys about her trials and tribulations with online dating in a light, comic moment in the second act.
dogG finds out that Jonathan is being sued for copyright infringement. He convinces Jonathan to fight it - with his help.
Elliot attemps to cheer Jonathan up by telling him about his happy place in the islands.
Closing number: Jonathan and Emma both realize that their love is real and strong. They are two - meant to be together.
